I need to go back and experience more of it to give it a more thorough review, but for now I'll go with four stars. We could only stop in briefly so I was unable to really look over the menu or try an main meal. I did order the pretzels. First of all, there are a ton of them! A huge basket, which I like. However, they give you very little dip, it is quite disproportional. It should be noted the pretzels are fried (more than you expect). But I liked how crispy the exterior and tender the interior was. I tried a flight of beers and quite liked the majority of them. Service was quick and pleasant. There's a variety of seating, including some outdoor seating. The entrance is semi-accessible. There's accessible parking as there's plenty of lots, spots, street parking all around the building. Restrooms are accessible.

I was really impressed with the menu and the fast friendly service. We tried the philly steak fries. Chicken tenders. Chicken wings, and the sampler. Wings were crispy and flavorful, omg the philly fries yum , sampler loved the egg rolls , pretzel bites, and cheese curds... I will definitely be back to eat here. The beer flavors are different and we're not for me. Flights was good idea and I recommend it for those who haven't tasted the taps. 5 stars for the food.

We have been thinking about coming here for awhile and we're so glad we finally did because it was so good. They were pretty busy and only 2 people taking care of the bar and waiting on tables. They were going a great job..thank you Melissa, you rocked!! There were 7 of us and 5 of us got beer flights. We discussed the different beers and over all we liked all of them. I was a little disappointed in the Zambezi Zinger. It was a hard seltzer with lime. I grew up going to Worlds of Fun and have alot of memories of riding the double Z. The one thing we ALL loved was the pretzel bites. They were awesome. They were lightly crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle and add in a cheese or mustard dipping sauce and that is a winner. We will go back for more beers and try other items on the menu.

3rd 'restaurant week' dining experience. Brew Lab on Marty is conveniently located with plenty of parking. Started with pretzel bites & chips for which queso was served. Pretzel bites were awesome and chips were fresh. Ordered the Baja wrap & Gourmet BLT - Wrap was stuffed with pork and BLT contained generous amount of bacon. Great deal for $15 per plate. Service was excellent via Mariah. Will definitely be back.

Go for the beer and you won't be disappointed. The food is decent bar food but nothing too special. The beer and the ambiance is totally worth going for though! My husband and I have both been on separate Sundays (they're open until 10!) and we both had great experiences. The bartender, Crystal, was fun and helpful and had good suggestions for what to try. I had the caramel latte stout and the flavor was rich and delicious. The truffle fries were great and the pretzel bites with creamy dip were above average...my biggest complaint with everything is that it didn't come with enough dipping sauce but that could be easily remedied.

Nice sized brewery in a great location. Humulus Stratus IPA is delicious. Food is good and live acoustic music with Aaron Lucero hits the spot. Happy Friday!
