Hutch’s place is delightful. Between the wood stove, delicious beers, and good company I couldn’t ask for a better experience in Ouray.

Hole in the wall brewery that brews it's beer on site. Had a couple nice brews and a chat with the proprietor who isn't at all grumpy.😂 You can find out all kinds of interesting stuff from the locals.

Great little pub. Excellent beer. I highly recommend the IPA and the Smoked Brown. Nice to sit by the fire and enjoy the beer. Not your typical brewpub, which is exactly why you should go.

Grumpy wasn't too grumpy and the bartender from NM was super nice. I loved all the maps and pictures on the wall.

It's been a while since I've been to a brewery that doesn't name their beer. You want stout? Order the stout. I like fun names for beers just fine, but the important part is how it tastes, and the beers here were great.
We had the stout and the IPA. The stout was light drinking compared to most, but it drank well for this time of year (August). The IPA was a robust version for the style.
We visited while they were only serving for outside seating so I can't comment on the pub part, but great beers with an amazing view of Ouray worked just fine for us!

First of all, this brewery lives up to its name. The server was grumpy and rude! The beer was so disgusting that the four of us in our party couldn’t even finish half of our glasses. We would never ever recommend this place or go back. Don’t waste your money. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Had to wait for the owner to return from randomly leaving for about 20 minutes. Ordered a Belgian pale ale. It was horrible. 2 sips in and left.

Quirky place. Neat decor. Beer was awesome especially for a little in house brewry. Being grumpy is sorta the guy's gig so don't expect chipper but just chill service.
