Surprisingly good! Not sure who comes to the middle of land locked America expecting good sushi, and I don't know how they manage it, but this is good sushi! The good: the sushi itself is spectacular tasting. Prices are reasonable, if not exactly cheap. Staff is very nice. There was little to no wait at prime time on a week night, although it was full when we arrived. The meh: sushi may not be entirely accurate to what you're used to elsewhere. Tuna maki has seaweed around the rice. Spicy tuna has breading with the tuna and then seaweed then rice (??). Not saying it doesn't taste amazing, it does, but I hope you are not a stickler about your sushi. The bad: appeared slightly understaffed

Usually have a good experience, went for lunch today all of the food was cold. We’re not really complainers so we kept eating, my girlfriend told me to stop eating because she thought my steak was raw. I looked at it and yeah definitely just a sear, sliced and sent out. I’m guessing they forgot to place the food in the oven or something. Wish I noticed the steak was raw before eating 90% of it, but I guess that’s on us. Still giving 4 stars as the wait staff is always excellent and we usually enjoy our meals there, it would be unfair to put 1 star for one bad experience when we’ve had many pleasant.

Our family loves dining in and it taking out at Nagoya. Today I would say was an exceptional experience. Not only were we greeted by the kindest gentleman ever, he greeted our family dog as well! I know how busy everyone is right now, and his kindness genuinely made me and my daughters day! Not to mention the fur baby! Then when we got the food home, the vegetable fried rice was amazing!!! Huge cuts of perfectly cut veggies in, might I add the best friend rice I have EVER had! Thank you Nagoya staff for knocking it out of the park today!! We appreciate your hard work!

This only got a 3 star because the wait staff are freaking rock stars. Food was not great and way overpriced for kids. Shrimp was chewy and couldn't warm it up without grilling it. Sushi was okay. Miso was good and salad was good. Not much for drink selection but maybe due to trying to recover from the pandemic, but don't count on it

I’ve eaten here multiple times, and usually it’s perfect, however the last time I ordered online, I received some undercooked chicken. This was probably the 20th time I’ve received food from Nagoya and no other orders had issues, so I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was a bad day. Overall highly recommend, despite the issues with my last order, which is the reason this review isn’t 5 stars.
