Just over all not a good experience. The food was nuke warm and not fresh. We ordered a decent amount of food and they didn't give us napkins, straws, or the sauce we asked for. The food was thrown into the bag, half open.

Tired and beat from a hard night work.. It was everyone else's lunch time.. I went in and the lady took my order promptly and then walked backed and made it herself.. They was short staffed with only 3 employees.. She informed me of this as she apologized for any delay.. I thought it went smoothly and the food was good and made correctly.. We ordered online 45 minutes in advance of our arrival for a scheduled pick up, and we waited 15 minutes for our food. If you’re in a hurry, go somewhere else.

Came to this location twice from out of town. Both times all the employees were very friendly, and the food was made great! I wish the Taco Bell from my city was this good.

The workers are rude as hell. The food gave me food poisoning and when my girlfriend worked there and lost her job they tried not paying her. They are horrible service and even worse to work for.

This taco bell is hands down the best I’ve ever been to they are the friendliest and most consistent of any fast food I’ve been to. They always make me feel welcome and are always trying their best. Thank you Ottawa TacoBell!!
