Excellent food and very reasonable prices. Very nice atmosphere and friendly people. Great stop a little ways off the beaten path, definitely recommend stopping in if you are traveling I80, great way to break up your trip.

Awesome local pub located down the street from Skydive Chicago. Has great daily specials and a few slot machines to play while you chill.

Cozy local watering hole and hidden gem here in the heart of the Illinois Valley. On any given night there's a good chance you'll see the owner Sandy walking around and greeting guests to make sure everything is tasty, or to ask how the family is. You really get the sense when you come in that you're welcomed. The food is great no matter what you eat. I personally love the cod filets and cornbread on Fridays. The wait staff is prompt and friendly and always know when my wife and I stop in to mix up some Bloody Mary's just how we like them. Stop by and tell Ashley that Lauren and Matt sent you!
