The staff is ALWAYS courteous, and most know me by face acknowledging me with greetings. Also the orders are rarely if ever incorrect. the various items are either picked up or delivered hot, and well prepared!

We use to get pizza hut all the time Food was subpar when we ordered it. The crust use to be our favorite crispy and full of flavor. Now its soft and flavorless. Pizza Hut you need to up your game.

Today was the worst experience ever. I called the the 1837 Douglas rd location and spoke with Dan hertz the manager and he was extremely unprofessional! He intentionally hung up on me twice I called back and he told me "well you guys need to know what you are ordering" after I placed the order I asked for his Name and he just hunged the phone up without telling me or asking for my name. When I arrived at the store I told him that this was very unprofessional the way he handled my order and with a attitude he just circled his name and said "Good Luck with reporting I'm going home". I am so upset I have never been treated this way and so unprofessional at any pizza hut! Can someone please contact me

Better order a small pizza otherwise the pizza will lose it’s flavor after a few hours.

Needed 15 pizzas in a hurry. Spoke with a guy on the phone who was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They rocked those pizzas out in about 40 min from time of call to delivery. Their promptness was appreciated. Thank you!

Everything- triple treat- Both Pizzas- cinnamon rolls- And bread sticks- ALL arrived on time and good -n- warm... AND DELICIOUS 😋
