Had high expectations for this place considering previous reviews. Food was made carelessly. Ordered 2 slices of NY style cheese, and they were soaked in marinara under the cheese. By the time they came to the table they were absolute soggy mess, and crust had no crunch. Was really hoping for a nice NY style slice. Only giving 2 stars because the serving sizes were huge, and the waitress was super sweet with us.

Awesome Calzones, Pretty good craft beer list and great small-town neighborhood joint atmosphere. Going to be one of our regular hangouts!!

Disgusting. We ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza and got one with only pepperoni. It was full of grease and disgusting. We got a different pizza which the kids said was also terrible. The calzone we got was hard and difficult to eat. the wings were fair. We got two appetizers which were pretty good. I had been there 2 times a few years ago and had a good experience but now it seems terrible and I would never go back. We are all expecting a night in the bathroom after going here.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!! The manager/ the woman answering the phone today was not only rude but had down right horrible manners with terrible customer service. I called to order & asked about the free delivery that the menu online showed, she immediately snapped "no" then I mentioned again that the menu said it was free delivery & we are right next door again she snapped back with "no it's not". So we decided ok & began to give her our order, she put me on hold then came back & asked if it was cash or card, I told her credit card since i had no cash on me but since I wasn't right next to my purse I asked if could I give the driver the card to run when he got here. She said no then put me on hold because I had to get my credit card, when she came back I asked her to give me a minute while I was still getting my card & she said pretty rudely "I am putting you on hold because I have a table to wait on" then the phone clicked!! WOW she hung up on me! So I decided I am not calling back to this place to order with such rude restaurant & I called Jimmy John's with the little battery power I had left on my phone & then my phone died. Fast forward 40 minutes the driver from Firehouse Pizza came in with the order that we never completed over the phone or gave a credit card payment for because we were hung up on. I had no cash on me and here he was delivering an order that was not even suppose to be put through! Obviously the managers poor service just wasn't bad enough but now she was sending orders out knowing I had no cash on me & didn't care that the driver couldn't take a credit card! So my hair stylist had to let me borrow cash to pay this driver for food that we we not going to eat because as the driver seen we were already eating Jimmy John's, how utterly horrible, horrible, horrible! This place is so unethical it shocks me!

Went on July 3rd (over 90 degrees outside) and they didn't have A/C. Not sure if it was just broken or if they've never had it. Asian BBQ wing sauce was good, Stromboli was extremely greasy. They have paper printed-out beer menus, but can't be bothered to cross out beers they're out of. They didn't have the first 3 beers I asked for on tap that we're listed, so I settled for boring Miller Lite. I've also gotten carryout pizza from them before, it was just okay.

This pizza is amazing! If my rating was solely based on the take out (which is amazingly perfect for a visit to Oswego Brewery!), it would be five stars. But, it lost a star because we ate in tonight, and they delivered our scorching hot pizza/pan, and the slices weren't cut all the way through, they didn't leave us w a serving utensil, and they just walked away. All of that made it very hard to navigate the floppy New York style pie, especially w a 3yo at the table. It's a good thing the pizza tastes so good!!

Went with a group of 6 (3 couples). Food was good. Waitress was new. Separate checks weren't separate. Took too long for that to get straightened out. Music was too loud, so were the patrons. Hard to have a conversation. Won't be back!
