Pizza Villa

I’ve been living in Oswego on and off since 2001 and I’ve never been here. A few weeks ago, my daughter and I were coming out of Byrne Dairy and smelled the pizza coming from here and was like we have to try this place sometime. We ordered yesterday and taste most definitely matched the smell 🤗! Awesome customer service and food! We will be back! Thank you!!

I love there food! So delicious!! However last time I did a pick up order there I didn’t leave a tip for multiple reasons. First off I paid all my bills that day and had a little extra to treat my family a takeout. Second for me if I don’t deliver and pick up myself and it’s take out I usually don’t tip (no judgment just saying if I pick up takeout I usually don’t tip to each their own). So when I was walking out after paying. I heard the lady who took my receipt say loud enough “oh look another one who doesn’t tip”! These people I swear”! I had to wait over an hour to pick up my order (not a huge deal I have worked in places like Pizza Villa and I understand when it gets busy people have to wait for their food). Then I go to pick up because delivery would of been well over an hour that night which again my decision in order to feed my 2 year old before 8 that night. For someone to get all bent that I didn’t leave a tip (from her comment I wasn’t the only walk in customer who didn’t tip that night). Some people don’t realize tips aren’t for sure and to get an attitude at your customers for not tipping is usually bad for business. Other than that comment the food is great!! The calzones are awesome and at the best price for the amount of food in town! I also like there are 3 different sizes to choose from! I Love the fact they don’t use that nasty cheese in their calzones! If you are ordering pizza from there and aren’t a cheese fan you may want to tell them to go light on the cheese they tend to do a ton of cheese on their pizzas.
