If you ever go through oswego ny and don't stop at wades you missed out and shame On you because it's the hot spot for breakfast even tho there is a lot of breakfast places to stop and I'm not trying to say there not good because they are but wades is number one without a doubt food is great and can't be duplicated anywhere and the environment is all around good friendly staff and the only place that has a counter seats to watch the cook...cook your food can't ask for anything better then that (entertainment) With teddy and bobby Chris and Tracy all great personalities don't take my words for it just stop in and be greeted and seated and you'll see for yourself have fun and enjoy the company at wades diner !!!
My husband and I were at Wade's for breakfast yesterday. It was the best.. I had the Greek Omelet and he had the sausage gravy over toast and eggs..I just love the restoration since the fire...it looks wonderful...of course I could not leave without a loaf of raisin bread.. We grilled that for our supper...I was so happy to see the bricks on the patio were just finished...we found our brick "fries and gravy 1964"....they were the best.....times have certainly changed, but Tony you should see a lot of people going thru those doors for many years.....
It deserves 5 stars all day, all morning, and I wish they were open for dinner too! Such a great restaurant with breakfast that is sure to fill you up on a very cheap budget. The cinnamon raisin toast is amazing. And the cooks do such a good job at serving you quickly with warm comfort food.
Hands down one of the best restaurants for breakfast or brunch! Open 7 days a week. Go check this place out if you haven't already.

My husband and I stopped for the 1st time and we sat at the end of the counter. We were greeted right away by a very nice gentleman. We placed our order, my husband had a 3egg meat lovers omelette with cinnamon raisin toast and I had a 2 egg omelette with ham, cheese and mushrooms and lightly toasted English muffin. While we waited for our breakfast we had a front row view watching the cook make all the amazing food. The wait was short especially since the quaint diner was very busy. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very pleasant and charming. We will definitely be stopping there again.
Classic Oswego staple!! You'll wait in line for your table, and they are pretty quick! Don't sleep on the raisin bread ANYTHING and get a loaf to take home! It's worth it. The Philly omlete was delicious and the coffee was perfect!

I have been coming back every year for the past 8 years, same thing ham and cheese omelette home fries and raisin bread with a pancake. Wades never lets me down, Phenomenal service, amazing food, warm atmosphere. Will always stop by when I visit town. Thank you for being my go to breakfast tradition.
Excellent diner food. It was very busy on the Sunday we came, but that shows how good this place is. Excellent service. If you're in need of breakfast in Oswego, stop here.

Had 2 egg meatlovers omelet: huge, hot, and heavenly. Cinnamon raisen toast was lovely. Biscuits and gravy were very tasty, as was the chorizo hash. Coffee was great. Would love to return the next time I'm in the area.
First time here and absolutely 💯 delicious, low priced foods! Everyone was super friendly! Great atmosphere and we'll definitely be back again!!
