My experience at this Dunkin Donuts is always positive and professional! In all the times I've gone here to grab breakfast there was always a cashier to take my order and the food never took long, always fresh and tastes great. Great customer service, you won't be disappointed. My only suggestion for this location would be that there needs to be a drive thru option which would be a lot more convenient for drivers, but I see that with the type of building this is it probably isn't possible.

Typical Dunkin atmosphere but the service is fabulous. The coffee is better than any other fast food place! And the donuts were fresh.

I like the new renovations they've made here. The service is fine and having a Baskin Robbins right at the next counter doesn't hurt either.
This place also has a set of tables where you can eat if you like to.

The staff is amazing here, they’re always doing their best to serve customers. I can never complain about their service. It’s a little ridiculous to see them having to work during this heat with not good AC though. I went in this morning for a coffee and it was so hot in there, I felt bad seeing their red faces sweating, it is dangerous for them to be working in that type of condition. Leading to fainting or heat exhaustion. They deserve better work conditions.

Service is generally fast and courteous. If you're there late there may not be that big a donut selection, but otherwise the selection is bountiful.

Quick moving staff that is really friendly. They all seemed very on point, no one had that deer in the headlights look or the look of not wanting to be there at 7 am on a Saturday. I am not going to comment on the food or drinks, it's a DD which is pretty consistent, coffee is served at lip searing temp and donuts are alright.

A nice place to eat, hang out with friends, pray, wait for your laundry to be done next door, or pick up a refreshment before/aftwr you do "compra" (food shopping) next door at the grocery store. They also have a friendly staff, many of whom are serving in yhe military now. Stop by if you are on route 133 in Ossining ;-)
