Deli Bagel Cafe

I order the same breakfast item whenever I visit. I find the food fresh and the place clean. The owner provides the BEST customer experience I have ever seen in a small establishment. One of his workers need to take a page out of his boss’ play book. I ordered egg whites that had yolks and he had the audacity to have an attitude because I showed him the yolk. Luckily, the owner was there and immediately remedied the situation. Another time, the same worker allowed a customer to open my sandwich and he thought nothing was wrong with that. In an annoyed tone, he said, ‘’you want it, or you don’t want it.´’ I had to remind him of infection control, particularly during these pandemic times. I still go back and refuse to interact with this particular worker who definitely has a chip on his shoulder.
