Cousins Subs

I ordered a 15 inch Philly Chicken and large diet coke. The bill came to 25 dollars. I thought that was a little pricey so I called the next day and they said it should have been $20. Elijah then offered me a free cookie OR 10% off of my next purchase when clearly the difference was 5 dollars. The offer was insulting and the customer service was terrible.

Went there and the lobby was closed the lady inside just pointed to the sign and the drive through. The sign says the lobby closes at 7pm, but it was already closed prior since we were there at 6:55 and you couldn't see anyone working the counter or drive thru. We tried to explain to the manager Seth that the lobby should not be closed prior to what the sign says, and he said that he would clear that up by getting a bigger sign out front. I don't know what there are continuous customer service issues at the location. The food is good, but it is very much a deterrent when you are treated like a worthless person.

The dinning area was clean, all the tables are 6 feet apart or farther. The employees are super friendly. Everything about the sandwiches were awesome! The bread was fresh and soft the vegetables were all fresh, no wilted lettuce or nasty tomatoes(on the cold sub) The meat was tender and flavorful. Best Subs in a long time.

Beyond terrible!!! I been an loyal cousins patron for over 15 years. I was in yesterday. The sub I received had the peppers I'm allergic too. No cheese when I paid for extra no veggies except the sauteed that comes on a veggie Philly sandwich. I'll never come back. If they had any questions they should have asked. Only the soup was good. Pick another cousins instead.

Ordered subs with my daughter. It was later evening. 8:30 ish We went through the drive through. Both subs were ordered without onions. There were onions. For someone who dislikes onions your onions are strong. Subs were disposed of and we ate something at home as we were exhausted and live on the north side of town. I have been pleased a thousand times at this location. Just an off day. Fries were ice cold and super salty. Also no cookies. I would not have even posted this had the owner not questioned it. I rate four stars because I have had good food from them usually.
