The food was good and waitress was very good. However, the cook (and probably owner) threatened to not serve us because I made a snide comment about a Trump sign. Never in my life have I ever been refused service. But to be treated so rudely because I have a different political opinion is nuts. If you aren't a strong Trump supporter, I suggest you eat elsewhere.

Looking for a great breakfast while in north central Idaho? Well, this is the place. My husband I came here on a recommendation. The atmosphere is very much old time cafe with a small city feel. The service is amazing, we were greeted as soon as we came in to sit down.
Food! Great hometown cooking. Hubby had chicken fried steak and eggs. I had a taco omelet. Both dishes tasted amazing and good sized portions.
We highly recommended this cute little diner.

The service started out rocky. I started to ask our waitress about menu items due to celiac disease. I could tell she was getting irritated quickly. My dad started to try and explain but she wasn't having that either. Food was good. Place was clean.
