I LOVE this place!!! Great food, great staff, great prices! I crave the salsa! I ALWAYS make it a point to go to Fiesta En Jalisco when I go to Orofino! ���
This is a place we go when we are hungry and don't want to experiment. The food is always delicious and hot! Service is great and there's a lot to choose from. You can never go wrong with Mexican food!!
Excellent food, friendly staff. I’m from southern AZ, I haven’t been impressed with Mexican food in the northern states, but this place was very good, authentic flavors. Very much enjoyed dinner!!
The people are amazing, every single time I've gone, from childhood and up. I and my family have never had any issues with their service. Fiesta en Jalisco is a 10/10 restaurant, definitely one of my faves

Great Mexican food. I was super worried but tried their shrimp salad, and it was excellent! I thought they would have those weird little watery shrimps that taste like freezerburn, but they have actual shrimp thats devained and shelled. Fresh greens, not brown romaine or iceburg. There's a delicious mango vinaigrette. I also tried the shrimp tacos that are even better which is served with a salad, not beans, which I prefer. Staff is very nice. Food is out fast and hot.
