Panda Express

Just went through the drive thru maybe 30 minutes ago. They had a sign that said cash only, which is fine. I went out and pulled some cash and then returned to the drive thru and ordered. I pulled up and paid for my food. I noticed that I did not get my drinks so I asked her for my drinks. She told me I did not order any. Which is fine so I asked her if I could please have three drinks to which she replied “no”. She then proceeded to explain that she can’t give me free drinks that I have to pay for them. I then proceeded to explain that I understood that and that I would like for her to ring them up for me. I would never ask for free drinks. Then while I was pulling away I heard her tell her co-worker next to her that I did not order any to which her co-worker replied that I had asked for drinks. I understand that sometimes it gets crazy busy and it is a lot of pressure. I work retail. I would have just liked to have been treated better. I was not asking for free drinks, I just simply wanted her to ring them up so I could pay for them but her attitude was not appreciated.

When I got home one of my entrees was not there. When returned upset, management was rude. I drove a distance to receive my missing entree on mother's day. I feel I should of been offered a free soda or entree because my food was very cold and the distance that I traveled from oracle location to north of Magee Rd and the interstate along with the waste of my gas. I thought mgmt was very rude to me. All food meals should be checked first before the customers pays for their food to make sure receive all items that they are paying for their dinners.

Was getting my order today and Alexis (black shirt, white lady) was being very rude and went off on an employee for what seemed like no reason. If Alexis is in charge, I hope she isn’t for long because it made me as a customer feel very awkward and didn’t even make me feel like finishing my order. Will definitely not be back again if that’s how Alexis treat workers, I doubt she treats customers any better since she also finished her toddler tantrum by glaring at me for looking her way. If I could give it no stars I would.
