Freddy's

This was the best burger I've had in a long time! At least out. I got a double and my wife got a number 3 whatever burger that was lol. Anyway we showed up at opening time and they're grill wasn't ready yet, the asked if we could wait till it was ready. We said sure thing and grabbed a table. They gave us cups so we got drinks. The Mgr came and asked what we wanted and when the grill was ready, they cooked it up and and let us know they weren't charging us anything because they're grill aasny ready and how awfully sorry they were. We tried to pay, they refused. We thanked them and enjoyed the hell out of the burgers. Idk of it was the fact we had to wait paitiently or maybe it was the price lol, but Freddy's burgers were so damn good that day. Thabks Freddy we love you!

Burgers are good and custard too! Beware - fries are the smallest shoestring fries ever! The pink lemonade tastes like water. We even had the cashier taste the lemonade to see if there was something wrong with it, and she said that's how it tastes. Very odd. Hawaiian sundae was good! Burger meat was very thin but tasty.

I was greeted by Manager Jacob via drive thru. Jacob was very rude and unpleasant while taking our order he sounded as if he was in a rush and didn't care for giving any type of customer service. Jacob failed to provide a good experience instead he chuckled and proceeded to make an excuse of it being a long day. It's so sad how one persons attitude and lack of empathy can ruin your experience with a restaurant known for good food and usually a good reputation in service. In addition to poor customer service our burgers were overly salted and the chili cheese fries had extra onions as if they were intentionally sabotaging our meal. I didn't call the store regarding our concerns and decided a review and letter were much more meaningful. I saved my receipt in hopes to speak to someone other than Jacob. Thank you. Not happy with Freddy's! I ordered a burger and when I got home it was the wrong thing, not only that, the steak burger they put on it looked very un-appetizing. They slapped on a dried out peice of steak burger and put on a tiny bit of chesse that was hanging off the end not even on the steak. Very disappointed and won't be returning.

I got the double steakburger and I loved the burger it was so delicious and the fries are thin and crispy. I was also pleased with the delicious vanilla custard sundae I got. Update: still eating here at least once a month I get the same thing, order is always fresh. Food is always what I ordered and staff is always polite. Thank you for staying consistent it is very appreciated at this time especially.
