I placed my order for a two fish taco plate, with Mexican Street Corn and Rice as my sides, to go on my Rubios app. I arrived, walked up to the to-go rack, picked up my order, and took it home. Everything was exactly as I'd expected.

There is much confusion on display when sorting the kitchen prepared dishes arriving through the narrow wandow into the various online and walk-in orders into bags on the counter behind the cash registers. No wonder there are voiced complaints every time I have been there. I go back for taco Tuesdays but check my order before I leave.

Love this place for takeout and dine-in. The fish tacos and shrimp tacos are great! Everyone is happy with choices of self serve drinks and sauce options.

The wife took me out to eat here again (I'm lucky). Once again the food was fantastic and the service was great. This time I had the surf and turf tacos...yum. We sat on the patio and view was also nice.

Large menu, friendly staff, fast service. Food was tasty and large portions. Open for indoor seating, outdoor seating available. Immediately cleaned table after customers left. Masks required.

Great food every time and really cares about the quality, however, they have slowly started to have less and less staff members present, so you end up waiting much longer than quoted for food. For instance, ordering through DoorDash for pickup, our last food order was over 20 minutes late coming out as the front cashier could not keep up with taking orders and putting together orders to give to the waiting customers.

Bean and cheese burrito had no cheese, floor is filthy, tables are dirty, only 4 customers the whole time we were there, so they weren’t busy. Told an employee that we probably wouldn’t be back and why…her response, „yeah!“

Bit of a incident at Rubio's tonight. Had to ask the team leader Tyler to ask a new(?) employee to wash her hands, next time, before she handles the food, since she was just mopping the floor.
