Amazing prohibition era supper club. Live music all night that was top notch. Food and drinks were great, service was attentive yet not over bearing. Food presentation could have been a bit better. Music was...LOUD. I don't know why it was so loud but having a conversation at the furthest table from the music required lipreading and yelling. The music needs to be an accessory to the experience and not the experience.
Outstanding people and food! Little pricey, but we'll worth it.. it's a fancy place for sure... Thank you to our GM for taking us out and thank you to the employees at 31 for the great service.
Great food, great atmosphere, but unfortunately the night we went, there was a group of maybe 15-20 people that started arriving at the bar for drinks well over an hour before they were actually seated. The more and more people that arrived, the louder it got, so the music was quickly drowned out and we had to practically shout at our own table, which was next to the bar. It would be nice if there was either a restriction for large groups arriving so early, or if they are required to stay at the outside bar (which was empty), until they are ready to sit at their table.
Dined on the patio outside, very comfortable even on this cool evening. Food, service, and atmosphere was fabulous! I cannot say enough about the staff, attentive, friendly and accommodating! Thank you for a fabulous experience!
Amazing place! I have nothing but great things to say, the valet, the wait staff, the food and bartender, all excellent. We were treated amazing, the food was delicious, and at the end we were the last people in the restaurant and were given a little history lesson about some of the unique items throughout the place! So glad we decided to try this place. I recommend to anyone. Definitely not something we will forget!

Beautiful classy scene with great live music, menu is fine dining with fantastic ingredients to accentuate the entree choice. Bar has an amazing, extremely extensive variety of choices and the bartenders are quite experienced and knowledgeable in all of your favorite cocktails..classic to current..infused creations, smoked cocktails, great wine selection and champagne, champagne splits, specialty creative cocktails, and so much more! Awesome place to impress your date and celebrate absolutely anything!

From the moment I called to make a reservation with Karen we knew it was going to be a great first experience, and it was!
When we walked in Karen somehow knew who we were and gave us options for seating. She also checked on us throughout the evening. Carolyn our server was helpful, gracious and gave us great advice on the menu; even explaining the process of how some dishes were prepared. Jimmy and Jacob made great cocktails, and were a pleasure to watch behind the bar. Jorge would stop by checking on us, pour some wine and explain the beauty of the place. The atmospher and interior design is brought to life by the band. Everyone made some type of personal connection with us which enabled us to feel like it wasn't our first time there; that we belonged and were part of an experience, a club.
The red snapper was super fresh, local, and prepared perfect. Seafood soup, crab cake, broccoli, all fantastic. We will be back for sure.. Nice to get a small taste of South Beach and Ricks Cafe in the movie Casablanca without having to travel far, or, back in time. Cheers!!
