Mcdonald's

I have to say that McDonalds can be hit or miss at times but yesterday at12:30 for lunch with a line around the building, they killed it!! Well done!!! I was flabbergasted how fast the line moved. The man and woman taking orders and collecting money were both super friendly! It even gets better...... The fries were cooked to perfection! And my double cheeseburger was probably the best double cheeseburger I have had at any mcdonald's. I even had a special order on my cheeseburger. And they nailed it not one thing wrong and it was absolutely delicious. I am usually not this impressed by fast food. But I had to tell them they knocked it out of the park!

The lady at the drive-thru actually gave me all the sweet and sauces I had actually asked!! It was for my 20 piece nugget for the kids. Instead of saying "oh we charge for extra packs" like some dumb locations do, she just went ahead and gave me what I asked for. What great customer service! This is a location right next to Wawa off of John Young parkway. Thanks y'all!

I came in for breakfast and the food was FRESH 😍 they were really fast and the girls were really kind to me and had no problem attending our needs. I love this McDonald’s and the employees! Breakfast was glorious thanks to these girls!! It’s February 15, 2022 8:06am while I’m eating the delicious breakfast these girlies made 🤍🤍🤍🥵

Had a very positive experience for once in a very long time. Everyone was upbeat, happy, smiling and very attentive. They even noticed an error with our food before they handed over the order. Fixed it with ease. We wouldn't have known about the error, but my cashier was honest and fixed it immediately. I really wish I had gotten the names of the crew that took our order and cashed us out. I would sing there praises. We usually avoid going to any McDonald's after all the bad experiences we have had. An it's been A LOT!!!! They restored some of my faith that there are still people who have humanity!!!! THANK YOU LADIES

I pick up food on the go from this location on John Young Parkway near Silver Star, from time to time, and have NEVER had an issue with my food, or portion size of fries. My food is always hot and fresh. My order is placed and prepared in a timely manner AND the lobby and bathrooms are always clean!! Just makes a difference in my experience compared to their competition and other McDonald locations. Thank you!!

I ordered 8/13(today) and the order came so fast I was happy since this was my first real meal in 2 weeks(depression lows keep you from feeling hungry). Unfortunately this means the QP I ordered tasted dry and old(obviously the cheese had that off old melted cheese color and had inprints of the toppings which have obviously been adjusted). I was a grill crew member and made plenty of these so I know what it looks like and I do understand not wanting to waste food. I probably sound pretentious but it didn't taste good. I'm stuck halfway through it. The fries were great though and I'm happy they weren't refried like this burger was regrilled(couldbe)/pre-made. The frappe was also delicious even though it wasn't filled. Basically my issue is reusing old food during a pandemic. It's just not a good idea and your customers would be happier with fresh food. There's a reason the tray hold time is so low. I'm still grateful and frappes make everything better. Thank you for feeding me and I hope y'all have a peaceful day! 😥😁
