I just read your reviews, as your “Customers Do Not”, quite understand, how to order, nor that time is regulated by the hours, in which you are in business. I clearly feel that the negative reviews are by those whom, perhaps were not aware of your hous(?the 11 o’ clock issue). It is more often than not, that the amount of egg drop soup I noted, was perfectly filled! I agree, with you, if you ask for some else, you must pay for “ something else”. Restaurants are not Free Food; especially Chinese Restaurants. I just wanted to make a point on behalf of the negatively, on the part of your ungrateful Customers. Hope you are doing well and people are pleased with your Chine Food 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Ordered over 100 worth of food for a family gathering, waited almost two hours for delivery those is after I had to call and check on it three times. Was glad to finally get the food as we were all starving only for one of us to find a small rubber band in the food. Gross so go somewhere else this is no good.

My first visit was this past weekend and I loved the chicken low mien SO MUCH that I ordered the same thing again today! Let me tell you, my face was in my plate from the moment I sat down to eat. I called the order in just before getting off from work. When picked up, the food was PIPING HOT and smelled delicious! When I finally came up for air from eating, realized I should have taken a photo LOL. I will the next time because after all, it WILL BE A NEXT TIME. Been a loyal customer to another Chinese restaurant and I must say, this restaurant has won me over. My Son has been coming here for YEARS and I finally gave in to his suggestions and tried the food last weekend, and will be returning. Don't take my word for it. GO!

UPDATED- 8/25/2019 Recently re tried food quality is much better back to Normal and deliver driver was amazing. Food was super hot also place use to be amazing don't get me wrong the food is good. But the customer service is not as much. I've been ordering here at least once a week or more for 6 months. I always ask for chopstick and fortune cookies never come. The food quality has changed. THE DELIVERY DRIVER IS RUDE HONKS WHEN HE IS OUTSIDE YOUR HOUSE INSTEAD OF KNOCKING. BEFORE HANDING YOU THE FOOD HE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND ASK WERE HIS TIP IS.
