Pizza Hut

Edit: It's been 3 hours. Guess they decided not to deliver it. Still waiting on the pizza (ordered it 2 hours ago) but the customer service through their call center system was some of the worst I've ever experienced. First call, person answers and I explain that my pizza is extremely late, they transfer me to the store and the call is immediately dropped. Second call, person answers and I explain. They transfer me to the store where I sit on hold for 10 minutes before giving up. Third call, person answers and I explain that my pizza is extremely late and the store isn't answering so I don't know what to do. She says she can't hear me, but can transfer my call to the store. I beg her not to, because they're not answering. She again says she can't hear me. I give up. Fourth call, person answers and I explain all at once that my pizza is extremely late and the store isn't answering so please don't transfer me. I'm immediately put on hold without him saying anything. I wait for a while, until I realize he transferred me to the store after I asked him not to. We ordered at 8:15. It was scheduled to be delivered at 8:55. It's 10:30. No phone calls from Pizza Hut, nothing. No idea where this pizza is, and I can't call anyone to find out. I normally prefer pizza hut over other chains, but that horrible customer service means I'll probably never order from them again in my life. If Pizza Hut ever sees this, the call center is horrible, get rid of it.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I’ve given this Pizza Hut many chances. Last time I ordered They cancelled it without any sort of notifications besides my money being refunded with the tracker still saying being cooked. I waited and when I realized it wasn’t coming all pizza places closed. 2nd time: they forgot the drinks. I called they said they would resend them out and no one EVER showed up.

Order was 45min late & cold, pizza box, breadsticks box and wings box were all crushed! He found the wings after driving away, brought them back and said they had fallen out! Breadsticks were hard on each end. I ordered a pepsi and dr pepper and i got one mountain dew! The worst i have ever seen in a pizza hut or delivery driver. He should be terminated and this location shut down. Oh did i mention the contactless delivery was him handing me the crushed boxes with no mask and no gloves..... if it looks like a crack head, acts like a crackhead... he's probably a CRACKHEAD!

Pizza Hut Service as well the value totally sucks balls...its no wonder why the pizza sucks...I can recall a time where my parents and my siblings would have Family Night every Friday at Pizza Hut. Quality was phenomenal. Now...not so much. P.S. Selena is not in mood for questions if she answers the phone when you call....Never will my money ever go back into this dump, Pizza Hut on Orange Ave next to Planet Smoothie, that is...

Placed an order, 45 minutes later the online tracker showed no movement. Attempted to contact the store to see if they could provide an ETA. The first time I was transferred 3 times and then hung up on. The second time I was transferred more than 5 times and put on hold for 10 minutes. Absolutely trash customer service. They apparently seek only the rudest and most incapable individuals as employees.

Delivery guy came to drop off the food looking drunk/high and dropped the marinara pasta i ordered on the floor then proceeded to say that he was going to bring me back a new one and never did. I called and they transferred me to 3 different places playing hot potato like it was a game and they never picked up the call. I'm really mad and disappointed with this. Also, customer and delivery service? Awful i definetely do not recommend to order from this place! Horrible experience 👎
