Rally's Hamburgers

I decided to try the $5 meal deal I seen on the sign. It comes with a drink, small fry, chicken bites and a burger. You can decide between the checkers burger, mushroom swiss burger or the bacon cheddar crisp burger. I got the bacon cheddar crisp and add lettuce to it. Thank goodness I did because I had wayyy more onion than bacon. The fries were nice and fresh however the chicken bites were dry, hard and tasteless.

First time I have eaten at this location because even though I drive by it everyday it's on the wrong side of the road from where I'm going. By far this is the best checkers I have been too I will go more often now. The food is cooked good no over cooked bacon or fries everything is cooked to perfection so even someone like me with no teeth can eat. Food was hot and fresh and the wait wasn't nearly as long as all other locations with bad food and horrible customer service. This store had amazing food and good customer service. I do know the employees make the location so hopefully they keep hiring good people to keep good food and customer service. I didn't take pictures of the food I was too busy eating it since it was so good. I ordered through app I did have to make sure of the address because it wasn't posted anywhere other than that no problem

Last night (10/20/22) after Uber horribly dropped the ball on our delivery order, the team at this restaurant, particularly the lady manager working the night shift went above and beyond to make things right for us even though the fault was on Uber. Sadly didn't get her name, but this manager was extremely professional and respectful to us as customers, as well as to the new driver who had been caught in the middle of the chaos. The food finally arrived fresh and delicious. Thank you :)

So I just wanna say this was a happy accident. The little machine came on to take my order. Wasn’t an actual person. And I said no pickles on my burger. I absolutely hate pickles. The amazingly sweet lady at the window gave me my food, I ate it, and felt something was different. I went down to the last bite before opening the sandwich, and BAM, pickle. I know it was an automated machine and not the fault of the staff, but I ate my burger anyways. And it was delicious. This is the second time I’ve come to checkers. And the first time eating a burger with pickles on it. You have ruined me. But in a good way. Your staff is amazing!!!

Great place to get food quickly. My order was made fresh and arrived quickly. The food was hot, drinks were ice cold, and the fries where perfectly crispy. The employees are very fast and friendly. My order was correct and nothing was missing in the bag. This location is very easy to get in and out of quickly.
