Pollo Tropical

We, Bright Scholars Early Learning Academy, would like to thank Pollo Tropical Lake Nona for the catering service they provided for our staff. We placed our order online and when we picked up the food, the staff members provided superb customer service. They helped me carry the items to my car and personally loaded my vehicle. They anticipated our every need and made sure we had the right sauce for our teachers, cilantro garlic!! ❤️ When we made a last minute order of a plantains platter, it was no issue for the team. They gladly took care of us to ensure we were pleased. The tropichop buffet was a HUGE hit for our loving teachers. Thank you Pollo Lake Nona!! Dr. Young and Staff

The girl at register looked like she hated her job. No reaction when asked questions. The kitchen staff was very, very nice. Overall cost a little too high for a family of five, over $75. We had to stop on our way home, but I also visit Lake Nona. Unfortunately the food was subpar, not hot enough, no flavor and definitely not enough.

Nicest Pollo Tropical I've visited yet! Great food, great sauces, generous portions, and a clean and comfortable dining area. The Tropichops bowls are our favorite, with plenty of options to mix up the base, protein, and toppings. I'm a fan of the mango iced tea. Their wings are also great, with distinctive sauce flavors.
