Been here twice and never had a bad experience. The staff were nice to me and informed me of deals I could get with my 7 rewards.

I always visit the store in the morning because the coffee is amazing, the staff is very friendly, the location is very convenient and the store is clean.

Walking to this store for my nightly coffee fix and being welcomed by the friendly staff is one of my life's little pleasures I will always cherish. The Cuban Coffee is delicious and holds up well against the finest coffee served anywhere! We just need to petition 7-11 to bring back the "Stays Hotter Longer" cups, at least for the Extra Large size. That coffee in those cups is pure gold! After we get those cups back, we can work on the world's other problems.

Early morning coffee a MUST have so I went downstairs to get some “life in a cup”. This store is by far the cleanest 7-11 in all of Orlando. Not a homeless person to be found! (I do have empathy just sometimes I don’t want to smell urine or watch people having impacts from drug use) so early in the morning. Anyhow Penny and Shawn were so customer friendly I could have sat in there all day talking with those ladies! Had me cracking up. Felt good to laugh at 8am this morning

Clean & pretty well stocked. Staff members are nice & speedy. The rewards program is really good! When I forget money at home I can just use the app to redeem a reward (food, water, etc). Thankfully they have security as this location is in the heart of downtown.

One of the few 7-Elevens in Orlando that actually carry a very varied selection of beer and wine (most likely to the appeasement of the people living in the high-rise above the location). Clean and staff are very attentive.
