Burger King

This review is for the amazing staff who worked their butts off, despite being woefully understaffed. There was one manager and two other employees dealing with a lot of grumpy and rude customers. Yes, the wait was long, but the manager handled everything with patience and grace. The store owners really have to hire more staff to assist their current employees.

It was a bad experience because the manager was very rude. She was giving everyone an attitude. She was on the burger side picking up the food with her bare hands and nails no gloves whatsoever. I did not see her wash her hands in the 20 minutes I was waiting for my food. There was 3 customers inside and 3 in the drive-thru and she was telling everyone that was coming inside that it was going to be about 20 minutes for them to get their food. She was walking away from people that were there not acknowledging them. At least 3 customers walked away. There was a good thing the food was fresh. Hopefully there was no cross contamination.

I must say that going to Burger King on that day was Great! The service was a tad bit slower than usually are. I am not sure why, but the hot food, the great personalities that greeted me made up for any other problem that I was faced with! I even enjoyed my food and went home smiling! Keep up the great work Burger King, Thanks a million!!

This Burger Ring proved to be one of the best I have had in Orlando. Everything was fresh and made exactly how we ordered it. I decided to review a BK because lately all the Burger Kings I have been to these past years have been disappointing and I use to go to BK all the time. Great job to the staff and management! Will definitely drive out of the way a little bit to come to this one.
