Taco Bus

This Taco Bus is my favorite location out of any that I’ve been to, including the original location when it was still actually in a bus. The staff is incredibly patient and kind, knowledgeable about the menu and creative. I’m vegan and they have some incredible options including the vegan “steak” and the portobello mix. Although I’m not usually much of a mushroom person, theirs is really delicious. I’ve never met a person, carnivore to vegan, who doesn’t love the food here. The food is flavorful, and the options are many and all delicious. I live downtown, and happily make the drive tolls and all to come here. Y’all that is braving I-4, and 417- you know it must be really incredible to deal with that. If you’re closer by than I am, seriously just go. You’ll love it.

Updating my review to say what an excellent job they're doing during the pandemic. The staff is very friendly and brought us our food outside, and had a mask on the whole time. I really appreciate the enforced mask policy. I haven't eaten at a restaurant in months, and I felt comfortable eating outside here. Also the fish tostada is my favorite. A+ good time.

Service was a little slow but the food made up for it. I'm not sure what the deal is with the chips and dip. I've been four times and twice I was given a large bag of chips and some salsa. The other two times, nothing. It's okay though because the chips were stale and had a funny taste both times, I'm guessing from the oil they fry them in. Other than that, the food was excellent. Definitely recommend the fish tacos on corn tortillas!

I recommend this place over any taco place in town! My wife and I have been here 3 times, each time right before close and have received excellent food with excellent service. I always order “El Preñado” which means “The Pregnant One”. It’s huge burrito with rice, beans, your choice of protein and plenty other levels of awesomeness. Highly recommend! I repeat....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Really glad that Taco Bus is closer to home now. Amazing food and really good ambiance. The staff was really nice and friendly, super welcoming. Being a Vegetarian, I found the food to be really flavorful unlike a lot of other Mexican restaurants. It had a lot of vegetarian options too! Highly recommend it.
