Burger King

I just went there today. The burgers were good but the fries were saltless. Also, you really need to check your bags here before you go because 3 out the the last 3 times I went to this Burger King, they forgot something. This time I checked the bags before leaving and got my missing item. Also, the line moves very slowly. If you see 2 cars in line In front of you ,be prepared to wait 10-12 min at least.

Worst Burger King I've ever known. I've lived in the area for 10 years and I've gone back to this location giving them another chance thinking they'll redeem themselves, but it's just gotten worse over the years. I know it's a fast food restaurant but the staff has absolutely no level of professionalism or customer service. When you pull up to the drive thru you get a "yeah? what do you want?" and they never seem to get the order right. The person at the window is always on their phone and not paying any attention. Even when I've been the only person in line or inside they always manage to take forever. The food is always cold or stale-tasting. As other people have said, they don't hold true to their hours either. Nothing but bad experiences here.

Worst burger king ever my wife would rather drove further to 50 just not to come to this one...dirty kid says good morning what can I get yoi with attitude....came laste week to get breakfast bacon king didn't know what it was..it's on the menu...1 week later I order it...he says we have the sauce it's here but I couldn't find it so it's not available...I doubt they even wash their hands...only going to the one on 50 from here om out....they need to get someone else opening here for sure don't know about lunch but if they let it run like this I doubt it's any better....here's a pic

I haven't been to a Burger King in two years, now I remember why. I ordered a breakfast platter and they gave me my food in individual boxes, food was not fresh it was warm at best. The guy in the drive thru didn't even properly greet me and was talking to another employee while also on his phone and his back was to me the entire time. I know it's a fast food restaurant but people are paying for a service and expect some quality of professionalism. The food could have been good if it was cooked better and presented well. I won't be going back there again thanks to your mediocre staff.

Chicken nuggets were over fried. Whopper was cold. Coke tasted like the dumped a jar of cinnamon in it. We went through the drive thru and waited at the window for almost twenty mins with out an explanation. The girl at the window was on her phone the hole time and was wearing her headset to take orders for the customers behind us. She would pick up the headset and tell them to hold on. They had music playing so loud you could here it with the window shut. The dining room was closed for the evening though. The only decent thing we ordered was the fries and onion rings. The fries were hot but onion rings were slightly warm. This is my second time at this particular Burger King. I will not return again as their customer service is lacking, the ridiculous time to wait for your food once your at the window and the food was cold and not very good.
