Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I don’t do it often but every now and then I need some fried chicken, red beans and rice and biscuits from Popeyes. The location of this on is easy for me. There are other locations around. But I love their spicy chicken. It’s always fresh and because of this occasionally you have to wait for it. But it’s worth the wait. Popeyes has the best biscuits. They are always so good. The red beans and rice is one of my favorite things. I will just order this sometimes with some biscuits and it makes me very happy. Just a tip if you don’t want to wait, order on the app before you go or on the way and it will usually be ready for you when you get there. The line for drive through can be long that’s why I go in to pick up my food.

Besides being a little hard to get in and out of from where I live trying to get back everything else is great... There's a Kentucky Fried Chicken across the street that is hardly busy. But this Popeyes is busy from the time they're open to the time they close every day.... Most of the one-star reviews is the result of how busy they always are you have to be patient because they are slammed..

My classic was on point as but I could not let the day pass without giving a shout out to Siad! Y’all got an asset like I have never seen in a Popeyes. Walked in, he’s working and moving immediately greeted me. Took my order, chatted about BMW, very authentic and like a friend in his own home. I had gotten up to get a napkin and immediately asked if I needed a napkin completely situationally aware of the dining room. Siad was non stop the whole time I ate. In a culture where it’s difficult to find good talent, I hope he’s recognized for what is often a thankless job.

I was surprised. I hadn't had Popeyes in years, but the scent was irresistible. I got the ghost pepper wings, and I was served less than ten minutes. The wings were fresh, but not oiley like I expected. It was spicy and flavorful like I wanted. The biscuits were soft, and the mashed potatoes with gravy was great. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. If it wasn't a long drive from home, I would return. Hopefully, they deliver, and when I'm in the area, I will go there.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere! Seems to be mostly teens and young students working here but very professional and great service overall. And the food is great! It's nice to have their Blueberry Lemon dessert, it's delicious! Some places you can tell don't change their oil, but theirs is clean every time! It's nice to have a dessert that doesn't taste like chicken. Very clean and well managed.
