I had a great experience here because Bracie J was welcoming and made sure everything was how I wanted. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. Also, I can’t seem to get enough of their peach sweet tea!

Nice flavor! Good pprtion of food enough for 2 people in the case of the wings and things platter. The kids' meal have a good portion of food and good sides to choose from.

The food is chicken based. It tastes good, a little salty for my taste. the combo is accompanied by French fries, they are served toasted on the outside and soft on the inside. They have a refill on the drink. I recommend it.

I haven't been to a lot of Zaxby's locations. But I've been to enough to say that this is close to first place in overall cleanliness. From the bathroom to the dining room! These guys are doing a good job. The food was good also. The wife had the Cobb salad, and I had the Chicken Club. The server was very nice and polite. Keep up the good work! See ya next time I'm in town!

Ordered the 5 piece chicken strips. As always the food is good, but that's not why I'm writing this review. Our cashier was Pearla, and she is as kind, friendly, funny and bubbly as they come! She was super patient with us while our 8 year old couldn't decide and kept changing his mind and asking questions. From the moment we entered the door she greeted us with a smile that illuminated the room and makes you happy you chose here.
We were the only ones here since they just opened, and she brought our food to the table, she even handed out or trays and condiments. I have never had someone this kind at a fast food restaurant! Her jovial personality really made this a wonderful experience far better than anything you order. If you want the best service in Central Florida, come see Pearla!

This Zaxby's on Forest City road is pretty new, one or two years old. So of course it still looks great from the outside. I've only tried the drive through a few times and it's been a good experience each time. They have great salads and I just tried some chicken strips that were great. I also love that they include garlic bread with there meals, which sets them apart from the other chicken spots. I will definitely give them another try in the future.

Such fabulous customer service! Our cashier, Pearla, was so helpful! Her recommendations was excellent. We will definitely be coming back. Delicious fried chicken, with the perfect seasoning and crunch.

I really like the salads here and my family really enjoys the chicken and cheese bites. It can be a little pricey but they have great coupons. The staff is super friendly and the place itself is nice and clean. It is a nice change from burgers.
