Same as everyone else. Place really went downhill recently. Sandwiches consistently take 1 - 2 hours to be delivered when their whole business model is suppose to be "freaky fast". I understand there are staff shortages, but this issue has been going on for well over a year, coming on two years. That excuse does not cut it anymore. The Company cannot continue to deliver over an hour late every time for the rest of time and use the excuse "we can't find people to hire". Figure it out.
Edited 5/16/23 - They got better. delivery times went from 1-2 hours to a half hour.

Food is great. Lots of sandwich choices. Sub are made to order. Friendly staff. Came back again and will keep coming back. Prices are pretty decent

Great experience ordering at this location! Tevin was super amazing in getting my catering order together. He was efficient and friendly and will definitely be using them again for my catering needs.

Staff was very attentive, Mr. Tony the manager was very proffsional, took our order, party of 3 and the order was filled and He served it with a Smile and welcome to come Again. I appreciate that I work hard.

This Is almost certainly the most professional and hard working Jimmy John's I have been too. Customers can be rude and entitled but the staff never stopped smiling.
Just expect they will be busy at lunch time and enjoy your sandwich.

Freaky fast, freaky fresh.... yup. The sub was finished 15 seconds before my card accepted the transaction. I’m 99% sure they knew what I wanted before I ordered it and had it done before I walked in. “You pulled out to fast”😂... told you I’d write the review boys!
