Fresh ingredients - super fast delivery.. I frequently order in a dozen or so subs for co-workers. EVERYBODY loves Jimmy John's. The fact I pick up the tab probably helps, but these subs are first rate. The bread is out-of-the-oven fresh. They don't skimp on ingredients. Ordering on line is a snap and the delivery guy shows up at Channel 9 minutes after we place the order.
Same as everyone else. Place really went downhill recently. Sandwiches consistently take 1 - 2 hours to be delivered when their whole business model is suppose to be "freaky fast". I understand there are staff shortages, but this issue has been going on for well over a year, coming on two years. That excuse does not cut it anymore. The Company cannot continue to deliver over an hour late every time for the rest of time and use the excuse "we can't find people to hire". Figure it out.
Edited 5/16/23 - They got better. delivery times went from 1-2 hours to a half hour.
Great experience ordering at this location! Tevin was super amazing in getting my catering order together. He was efficient and friendly and will definitely be using them again for my catering needs.
Food is great. Lots of sandwich choices. Sub are made to order. Friendly staff. Came back again and will keep coming back. Prices are pretty decent
Everyone at the store was amazing. I was helped by everyone. I did a pick up for the first time and no one looked frustrated with all my questions. I left super satisfied
This Is almost certainly the most professional and hard working Jimmy John's I have been too. Customers can be rude and entitled but the staff never stopped smiling.
Just expect they will be busy at lunch time and enjoy your sandwich.

Came in today at peak lunch hour (12:30ish) not only was the service exceptionally polite and fast but the restaurant was super clean (ESPECIALLY THE RESTROOM). Hate to say it but from my experiences that is not quite the norm for most fast dining establishments. After using their facilities and enjoying my food I just felt compelled to write a positive review as I greatly appreciated the supervisors attention to detail in service standards and cleaniliness, even in busy periods of the day.

Staff was very attentive, Mr. Tony the manager was very proffsional, took our order, party of 3 and the order was filled and He served it with a Smile and welcome to come Again. I appreciate that I work hard.

Freaky fast, freaky fresh.... yup. The sub was finished 15 seconds before my card accepted the transaction. I’m 99% sure they knew what I wanted before I ordered it and had it done before I walked in. “You pulled out to fast”😂... told you I’d write the review boys!
The delivery guy who works often he is so kind and does his best to get the orders as fast as possible, so just want to say I appreciate all that he does!! Thank you
