7-eleven

This is the absolute worst 7-Eleven I have ever experienced. I am a driver for a living so I see quite a few of gas stations. The older Spanish women who work here are the worst of all the employees. This store never has food prepared. If they have food prepared it is way past shelf life. I asked one of the ladies to make me two chicken tenders fresh because I used to work at 7-Eleven and I know that if the customer asks you must make them fresh food. She looks at me tells me to go to the hot case I said there is no tenders in there she said okay that's it there's no tenders. This happens with anything that you ask to prepare. If you want fresh food you will not find it here. The gas station is always disgusting the bathrooms are always disgusting if I could give this a zero score I would

Sorry to say but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a 7-Eleven I understand Spanish is a second language, but if you’re having a conversation in Spanish with all the employees and someone that’s not employed and you got customers there that don’t speak Spanish needing help with some thing the best thing to do is to help a customer first and not just stand there and speak Spanish to your friend that’s not an employee from 711 and another thing I really don’t appreciate how you just bagged up my food and just pushed it towards me, like if I was a bother to you and your employee and especially your friend that doesn’t work there… that was unacceptable if I could give 0 stars it will be 0 stars for this location they need to retrain their employees and treat their customer the proper way.

I’m generally not picky when it comes to gas station restrooms, not expecting much. However this one takes the cake for the worst one I’ve been in. The women’s restroom was out of service so I had to use the men’s (no problem considering it’s a single use restroom). Upon entering, the scent of fecal matter was overwhelming. There was urine all over the floor by the toilet and visible feces stuck to the toilet. The toilet paper wasn’t in the dispenser, there was simply a near empty bottle of Ajax on the bathroom sink to wash with, and no paper towels to dry your hands with. I will say I was able to purchase a pack of gum without issue which was appreciated.

I am a victim of lottery ticket fraud. Older Cuban Cashier lady refused to show me ticket after it being a winner. I did a blind play and only scratched the barcode to scan. She handed me $100 and refused to show me ticket!!! I got scammed !!! I've been returning everyday since I stay down the road and never seen her again. Fraud

Went to get my partner some snacks around midnight, everything she wanted was out of stock so I had to call to see what she wanted instead. Black gentleman behind register let’s out a huge sigh, with nobody else in the store with me when he sees me walking around. Still looking for something for my partner he interrupts me on the phone to say “hurry up.” Which I was not happy to be rushed so I responded “I’m shopping” which he is now getting aggressive and hostile at me to finish my purchase. When I asked his name he said “you don’t need that, nothing is gonna happen if you have it” Will love management to look into this employee, who clearly shouldn’t be dealing with customers.

This 711 Late night shift has the most unpleasant and nasty customer service attendant.. Black guy gettho always wearing the hood clothing and nike sandals no name tag or nothing and try to steal $21.70 from my credit card.. He got somehow aggresive but Left all the merchandise and still didn't refund my $21.70 back to my credit card. Just him the other perosnal are ok.. fired this garbage from your store at once.. I called the 1800 and gave a report right away..
