Taco Bell

I had an extremely positive review on here for this location but I could not in good conscience leave it up. They used to be fast and accurate and they were one of the only taco bells that actually labeled everything. This location seems to have gone downhill fast. They are still fast and accurate, but they have not labeled our last few orders or used the correct wrappers so you have to open every burrito or guess and hope for the best. It's hard to tell based on the picture, but the cheese sauce for the nachos was barely 1/3 full. When you factor in the extent to which they have jacked up their prices and the amount of cheese sauce that was in the container I think the same amount in actual gold would have been cheaper. It seems like almost every item had less actual food in it than they used to serve. This is just my opinion, but I remember years ago when I worked in fast food you would occasionally get a manager that thinks they can get themselves promoted by increasing profits at the expense of quality. Guess what? You won't have any profit at all when this location shuts down because you robbed your customers. I literally feel like I just got robbed, and we won't be back to this location until something changes.

I am never returning to this location and I've given it several chances at the drive thru. Maybe it's just at the drive-thru that you just don't get enough food I got a breakfast burrito and so help me all it was was the tortilla and so little egg on the inside I could hardly see it let alone taste it it was a waste of money and this is not the first time----it has happened too many times. This is the first review I have ever left for any type of a restaurant in Orlando any type of place at all and I have to do it because I do not want other people to waste their money here.

Very impressed with the service. Used the app to order for a family of 6 ahead of time...then bam, 5 minutes when we showed up, the order was ready. I would almost venture to say it was faster than the drive-thru and the complex order was perfect. Unlike the other Taco Bell down the road, there dining room was open around 9pm. Good service deserves to be recognized and thank you for the great customer service!
