Aji Ceviche Bar

Driving up to this location I had low expectations but wow was I wrong! This is one of the best Peruvian restaurants I have had the pleasure to eat in the United States! Celebrating my fathers birthday and with two dogs were seated outside. The staff was fantastic and a great help when dealing with our pets and assisting with the large menu. The ceviche is out of this world! Well prepared and a generous portion (could easily be shared by two or three). Grilled octopus anticucho hit the spot as well. I tried the fusion plate of risotto with lomo. The huancaina sauce was fused with a thicker cheese that complimented the dish all around. Please take the time to visit this spot as it was well worth it and a great birthday lunch for my family!

Outstanding dining experience! I am giving 5 stars because the taste of the meals was truly wonderful, every bite was a delight to the palate. The customer service was phenomenal; the staff were friendly, attentive and created a welcoming atmosphere. Also, the Prices are very reasonable, which is a big plus. My only suggestion would be to consider opening a larger location, since the current restaurant is small. This would allow more people to enjoy the incredible experience they offer. All in all, I am very happy with this restaurant and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Bravo!

Grilled octopus is the best, super tender and flavorful but not overwhelming! Grilled beef heart is also nicely done. Passion fruit and coconut juices are delicious! Mixed seafood Ceviche is very big portion. Everything is fresh although I’d prefer if the fish is bit higher quality with smaller portion. Chef was super nice and willing to share recipes too! You just need to go talk to him in person and tell how much you love his food!
