Today I walked into this 7/11 and I received customer service like I never have before. It is hot and humid and I walked in wanting some water. There were no water fountains, no water option for the fountain drink, and no sink. I asked a woman who I could only assume to be the manager asking if there was a sink or water fountain in the back and she said no. Before I walked out she told me wait and filled a large cup with ice and used the hot water tap used for steeping tea bags and have me an ice cold cup of water for free. Moral is, I was so blown away because she grabbed the cup amd filled it started to finish without me even asking or thinking of going that route. I only regret not asking for her name. Ma'am if you see this review THANK YOU SO MUCH. She honestly gave me a little more hope for humanity from the kindness she shown me. 🥲

Best 7/11 in Orlando!! Good deal on beers & the espresso is good. Lucky, Nancy & Marie are my original faves but everyone is nice here & it's always clean.

I wish I could remember the cashiers name that was amazing. She was a shorter and had dirty blonde hair and i was there 7/29 from 515pm-8pm, and i hope she gets rewarded for this. So, I was driving on the highway and all if a sudden I felt like I was going to pass out. Im a breastfeeding mama and if I go too long without eating my blood sugar drops fast and hard. I was so hungry I basically immediately crouched on the floor with my baby and ate so i didnt pass out. And the cashier was watching me and asked if I was okay as I was also having panic attacks. She even made a point to come over and hold my baby so I could eat my sandwich faster. Not only that but she also contacted her husband to try to get him there to help me out as I was there for 3 hours until my bf came to pick me up since we live an hour and 15+ mins away. There are good people left in the world!!!

I had a great experience here. Denise was very friendly. Denise customer service was excellent and joyful and needed on this cloudy day. The other employees were just as friendly and helpful.

Good place to stop for gas or whatever. The ladies that work in the morning are friendly and will call you by name once you stop by enough. (How do they know your name?) :-) I haven't had any problems here.
