Terrible customer service!! I stood at the counter for a solid 5 minutes while a lady stood in front of me feeding a pile of dollar bills one at a time into a machine under the counter.She never so much as acknowledged me or any of the 3 people standing there waiting to be waited on. There was another guy there talking to her, he also ignored all of us in line like we were invisible. I put my stuff back & decided I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. A simple 'im sorry,I'll be right with you' would have kept me waiting.

The employees here dont care about customer service. They lock the doors because of shift changes. Refuse customers service because they are Stocking trucks though there are two people working. Refuse to clean or allow anyone to use the rest rooms. This stores employment decision are horrible. Most inconvenient convenience store i have ever delt with. Ill will be taking my business down the street and back track to the 528 toll road just because this store employment decisions lack of work ethic.

I had a horrible experience here there is an African-American woman that works here that has such a horrible attitude while we were in the store she yelled, at several customers including myself as well as both of her employees in there she was disrespectful, and ghetto my motto has always been if you hate where you work find a new job because Dealing with the public and having positive customer service even good customer service is always a must!!!
