Brooklyn South Bar

This review is for Kenny Santiago. He did amazing at helping us whenever we had problems during league. The power went out twice, causing issues with the lanes and scoring. He was there to help get everything back on track. We had a last minute request to have some extra pins added to each lane and he had it handled before practice even started. There were mistakes made with drinks and food, but he was there to check on us and made sure we were taken care of. I don't usually have this many issues when I bowl at Boardwalk, but Kenny ensured we still had a good night of league despite the problems.

We had our year end event at Boardwalk Bowl Entertainment Center on Colonial drive...This facility has more than just bowling, they have beautiful billiards tables, large game room, and cornhole games set up for use. The Ladies in the event department are top notch! We had a breakout room for our "white elephant event" and Chance our server and the bartender were fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend Boardwalk Bowl for events or a great night out of fun with the family.

Great space here many lanes , food and beverages are great. We where there early afternoon , and had a great time with the kids as well...... kid friendly place has arcade to entertain them , and pool table in the back... and a restaurant up front that was open yet .....very cool place to spend time wit family or friends.

We held our World AIDS Day Tribute Reception at Boardwalk Bowl last week. I cannot say enough good things about our experience there. We are a small nonprofit without a large budget and Boardwalk Bowl Manager, Ali and her assistant Mary were phenomenal at helping us determine what food/beverage choices were best for our event and our budget. Additionally, Ali was available and as involved as we needed her to be while we were setting up for the event. The event staff and food servers went above and beyond, as did the bartending staff. We did not find one person who was inconsistent or less than professional. That is hard to find! I am a bit of a picky eater and don't typically enjoy finger foods. The food was excellent. It was brought out on time, was hot, and came with everything we needed. We received personable, professional, and fair services from Ali and all her staff. We can't wait to work with her again!

I planned my sons 6th birthday party at Airport Lanes in Sanford (which is a sister location of Boardwalk). First impressions were great, as staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, on the day of my party they had a fire and couldn’t host my event. Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure they could get me over at the Boardwalk Bowling alley. When I arrived for my party I had two employees who had everything set up (plates, napkins, tables, drinks, bowling balls, tv screens, and the bowling ball helper for the small children). They had excellent customer service and were so polite and helpful to all the guests. Everyone who came was very impressed with the food and service and needless to say, we all had a blast! Highly recommended for a very enjoyable party :)

We hosted our company party here of 40 people and from start to finish the experience and service was amazing. From the booking process (Mary), communication and service was great. The manager (Kenny) was kind and accommodating. Lastly our server (Haley) crushed it. I was amazed how quick, kind and efficient her service was, given the amount of people we had. Bowling was fun and it is nice that they have a big selection of games to change it up during bowling. The only negative I would have to say is that there was no one attending the prize stand at the arcade. My kids were disappointed and we did not get to redeem our tickets that we accumulated. But overall would highly recommend Boardwalk Bowl for a party/large group gathering. Food was good, service was great and everyone had a enjoyable time.
