Einstein Bros. Bagels

Came across a review by Daniel Rios giving them 1 star because he was expecting the crew to cut his bagels before other orders. I thought maybe I respond to the review since the management team have restrictions on how they respond! For the part you were expecting them to cut your bagels before they serve the tickets for people in front of you, I have to say crying Daniel, you are so lucky I wasn’t in the place. If I had seen someone cut your bagels in front of my orders I would have been pissed and not letting it happen. For the part you cry about why cashier doesn’t go cut bagel and they have poor management, I can see you have probably never been a manager or owned a business :) They have a decent and easy to follow system there for client and employees so it doesn’t seem to me they Igor have managerial issues. As far as food, they always serve decent and consistent quality which is another sign of having a good management system. And this is the photo to show you I’m Actually a real customer Stop crying

The bagels were great and the service was much better than it was a year ago when I went to this location. There needs to be more physical space for patrons to wait. Perhaps add a speed bump near the “Do Not Enter” sign because a patron sped out and nearly frightened my small child as we were about to cross the parking lot to my vehicle.

Came here for breakfast today and I’ll say it has gotten much better here. The staff was friendly and that’s rare these days in my opinion. The cashier was so personable and just seemed so happy to be there. I wish I got her name. She was olderish with white hair. The only thing I would complain about would be the seating. There are barely any tables I had to eat in my car. Covid is over we can sit closer now lol. Definitely will be back though!

The orlando store messed up all my bagels I bought the chef’s dozen and they were in a hurry they chopped all of them not even one was cut in half this was a horrible disappointment when I saw it at home in lake wales almost 2 hours drive for this is just not acceptable. UPDATE They did reach and added a dozen free bagel’s to my app it seems they are responsable and care for they’re companies futre hope they talk to their employees so that things like this don’t happen again.

My husband and I have been coming to this Einstein's location for several years now. East Colonial Drive is still our favorite Einstein's of all. We've visited many other locations around Florida and have been greatly disappointed by comparison. We're so fortunate that this particular Einstein's is the closest to us as we try to visit here as often as possible. The staff makes all of the difference in a positive way here. I'd especially like to give credit to Jubal, Mara and Rob. They're genuinely friendly and welcome customers who come and go and are always happy doing their job. When they take your order it's always done with care and appreciation. We usually dine in while enjoying our delicious bagels and coffee and many times I've noticed no matter how busy they are, it doesn't seem to affect their job performance. I always look forward to coming here in the mornings. Thanks for being so awesome! :)
