I eat here about 3 to 4 times per week. The only thing better than their awesome food is the Amazing staff Every server there is first rate. I personally recommend them to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
Absolutely love the atmosphere! K-pop music, awesome staff especially the managers, and the food is amazing! Check it out for some amazing food. I just experienced my first korean bbq and it wasn’t short of beautiful!
Very nice place, great atmosphere. Ordered lunch sushi special and it was very good, my server was very nice and efficient. Everything was fresh, will visit again.
We went for the first time with some friends and it was awesome.
So many options, so much delicious food and the prices are decent.
The waitress was nice and the place is very clean.
We had a party of 5 and a high chair.
I do wish the tables were more spacious for all the food with more than 2 or 3 people.
Nita thank you so much for you service and attention with us on 11-22-23. The food and sushi are so fresh and delicious we will definitely be back again soon!
I have had the luxury of trying 3 different Izziban Sushi and BBQ Restaurants and all have been a 5 star experience! (And I’ve been to each many times and it’s beyond consistent)
The soft neon lights are so inviting and make for a perfect date night.
Service is always very hospitable and knowledgeable with quick attentive food orders and delicious drink recommendations. Strawberry Soju is my favorite!
The meats are sooo fresh and the fried sushi is perfectly crispy and hot! The raw fish is also top quality and seems fresh off the boat.
There is something magical about cooking your own food and sharing it with someone else, though it IS very intimate (so don’t go with people you don’t mind sharing with or don’t share well with. Lol)
You just can’t beat Izziban with their prices for AYCE, especially with the quality food they have to offer.
Izziban has impressed me again, with this location along with the East Colonial one. I am glad the Metro West location is thriving as much as the other. The menu has numerous options with unlimited all you can eat BBQ and Sushi.
BBQ:
The meat has so much variety along with having new ones recently added to the menu which made me love trying out new things. One of the new BBQ they added was the gochujang pork belly that has so much flavor and crispy taste when grilled right. With so many options of meat, from chicken, beef, pork, and even shrimp, there is something for everyone. To make the experience better, make sure to ask for KIMCHI sauce. It will add more flavor to your BBQ and makes it so much better.
Sushi:
What makes Izziban stands out above the rest in Orlando, is the unlimited sushi along with your BBQ. One particular new thing they added on the menu was the cheese steak sushi. Also, make sure to ask for EEL sauce if it wasn't already added on the sushi, which is usually a black sweet sauce.
Other:
Another thing I would like to note, when waiting for your food to come, is trying out the appetizers. One in particular that I always love, is the crab rangoon. It has such a nice crunchy bite into it with a rich creamy taste.
Wait Time:
Side note, this location is usually less crowded than the East Colonial location. You will be seated immediately with little to no wait time. The bad side however, when it does get busy, I have noticed that the wait time to be much longer than the other location, probably due to smaller in size. This is something to keep in mind.
A korean bbq and sushi restaurant that met our needs. A buffet bar that had some appetizers (rice, fried rice, king oyster mushroom, zucchini, potato salad and others). Meats and sushi are ordered thru your server. Food was okay for what they offered. There were bbq boosters (other meats and appetizers that weren't covered under the buffet price) that were a separate cost/upcharge. It was decent for the price they offered but was a little confusing when it was advertised as a buffet but some foods (i.e. premium foods if you call it that) weren't part of the buffet price. If you have a craving for kbbq and sushi, come here but keep your expectations low.
Food was great with a good atmosphere and definitely worth the price, you will definitely leave with a full belly.
It’s a good place to hang with a group of people since it makes eating all the food more enjoyable and easier to get through.
The crab rangoon roll was surprisingly one of the most amazing things I had for the night, would definitely come back just for that!
I love eating at sushi places and try to check out as many spots as I can. The sushi here is good, we came for the happy hour menu. The HR deal wasn't really much, basically $2 off the regular price. I've attached some pics of what we ordered, but I can't recall the names of each. I also had a lychee saketini that had a good flavor, but it barely tasted like sake... Not sure how much alcohol was in it. The atmosphere was nice, although the booth seats could use a bit of love and reupholstery as it looks dated/falling apart.
It's an upscale place with friendly staff. They took their time helping me find the right sake and customized my sushi order. The salmon roll I ordered was awesome! Nice atmosphere to sit in and dine as well.
Can't go wrong with all you can eat KBBQ! After eating all the meat, it's nice to end things light with their miso soup and edamame.
Their staff is so nice. Our waiter, Nita, is very nice.
