Church's Texas Chicken

OMG Marvin is so awesome and friendly and kind, as I sat in drive thru I observed another gentleman wiping down the counters and machines And I love it. That means they keep this location clean and up to par....the crew that was working around 8pm on a Tuesday night 05/29/23 needs RAISES keep up the good work, and I will be back again.

I know the employees are doing their best inside the store and the chicken is always hot. The sides are mediocre But they are courteous However the parking lot is WAY TOO DARK, UNSAFE AND NEEDS LIGHTS. I realize that's a landlord issue but it needs to be addressed. I'm sure they will make even more money if the parking lot was well-lit

I stopped on whim, I was passing through the area and I was hungry. What a pleasant surprise! The gentleman working the drive thru was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. He obviously enjoyed his job, he made the experience. I had a two piece dark combo with fried okra and a biscuit, also a glass of tea. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious! The tea was fresh and tasty with just the right amount of ice. Yummy for my tummy.

My family and I wanted to have Church's for lunch after finding it online. After a failed purchase at another location, Justin at this location did awesome in Service recovery! I called and he was very professional. He took my large order and executed the order in a very timely, courteous manner. We are GRATEFUL for his amazing ability to be kind and super professional, a rare find during this Pandemic that we're all experiencing. Our order was packed neatly and given to us with a generous amount of amazingly awesome accountability to give greatness. Justin should be commended and applauded for his excellence. I hope that he trains others on this act of kindness that actually is needed in society today! Thank you so much Justin. Stars across the board.🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I'm not a big chicken fan, but the $6 box on Wednesdays with 8 pieces is awesome. I've been coming here for years but never took the time to write a review. The crew is always friendly and patient. Church's chicken has the best biscuits by far. Expect to wait during lunch and dinner rush, because it's always jam packed during those times. I can't think of anything that I would change!
