Dunkin'

There was a minor mix up earlier this morning with my order on my way to work but I must say these young ladies made it very simple and pleasant to have it corrected. Shanya and I believe Britney or Ashley was the other young lady at the window that made this experience very pleasant! thanks guys you are all awesome.. And I wanted to add that the teamwork that I saw in this building Is during the process was amazing

Saveon is the goat 🤞. I ordered through GrubHub and they didn't have any brown sugar cookie swirl left or the stroopwafel donuts. He called me so he could ask about substituting my items and really went the extra mile. I also work in fast food so I know a lot of people wouldn't have even bothered. Thank you Saveon.

I go to a bunch of Dunkin's around Orlando as a Valencia student at multiple campuses. So I'm that student sitting that Dunkin' doing work but for the 1st time I felt welcomed to be there. Savion went above and beyond and I've never had anyone do that! He saw that my mobile order didn't have the bread in stock and was understanding I wanted a low-fat alternative as a bodybulider! Then since he saw I was going to my work there so he cleaned up and sorted the tables in the glass room so I had a quieter place to do work on my laptop. Thanks so much Savion for your service, you were awesome!

I have posted a review before in the past and it really wasn’t the best but today on 10/15/2020 The young lady that was in the drive-through name Alexis C. Literally changed my whole experience. I was having a rough morning and I came and got some chocolate covered donuts and she was Super sweet and so kind literally I left with a smile and I didn’t even think of tipping her since i was in a hurry i felt terrible. I tried to call the location to tell her how much she made my day better but I hope that she sees this and sees as she actually made someone smile on this day. Thank you Alexis ❤️

Ever since i have moved near this location 4 months ago i have come here almost every day to get a coffee. I really love my iced coffee with only one cream but this location messes it up at least once a week. There is either the wrong swirl, too much swirl, or the normal amount of cream. I have never had so much trouble getting a consistent coffee at any location. However, there are a couple of very friendly employees working at this location that are more than willing to fix it when it does get messed up. I normally wouldn't mind but a lot of the time going back in to get it fixed makes me late for work. EDIT: Don't come as often, however it seems they got rid of some people there and they have not messed up my coffee in a while now. The lady who normally works the window heidi also seems to he getting people through very quickly.
