Simple ordering at a kiosk. You get a ticket number and wait for your order to be called until you go up to the counter to pick up your tray. The atmosphere was very quiet with only a few people in the restaurant. I'd visit again for a quick meal.

They must have a new manager at this location. This used to be dirty and poorly run, truly a place to avoid.
I stopped here purely out of necessity after arriving from the airport. What a pleasant surprise. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and my food was done so fast I barely had time to wash my hands after ordering. The staff was friendly and cheerful.
No idea what has changed but it's night and day improvement.

The drive through has improved 100 fold. I can't say anything about their dine-in service though. That was absolutely horrible. However, for drive thru, this is our go to for steak burgers. They are always good and at a good price. Checkers, Burger King, and Wendy's should take notice. You can do good burgers at a reasonable price!

I love eating at Steak & Shake and especially at this restaurant that is near my house, the guys who serve are very friendly and fast. The shakes are THE BEST, they are DELICIOUS and they had a very practical straw that was special to be able to absorb better but they eliminated them and now it is very difficult to drink the shake. PLEASE GET THESE STRAW BACK!!!

Typical Steak n Shake, aside from the ordering kiosks. Our Steak n Shake may have remained open if they had this feature. Crisp and clean restaurant. Not much interaction with staff, they are mainly in the kitchen. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of parking. Food was hot and delicious. I got the fresco melt, husband got the chicken tenders, daughter got the single cheeseburger, and our son got the double bacon cheeseburger. We all ordered milkshakes. Nice and thick served with whipped cream and a cherry.

I walked in and wasn't thrilled about the the new Kiosk style. However, in a Covid world, that's how companies are doing things. The food didn't take long and was hot and delicious. One concern, the ceiling Vents were dirty and the tiles had water stains. I can recommend a Ceiling Service? Clean Bathrooms and Clean Ceilings are important at restaurants.

I love stake & shake food, but recently, they've done away with wait staff or shall I say table service. I really miss it.
I understand that they're streamlining their business model, but they're also taking away jobs. I feel that restaurants really still need a personal touch. It's very sad to see them do away with these vital jobs.
