The service was great our server was excellent the place was packed but they took care of us fast ....
I gave it 5 stars because of our waiter. We felt like we were having dinner on a cruise ship. Edwin is young in years but knows how to make the customer feel like family. This location being the closest to home it's the one we frequent, but this visit was by far the best we've experienced. God bless him. Edwin is a valuable asset to this establishment.
We hadn't been to this location for a long time. We noticed some changes as to how this place operates but they aren't negative. The main change is that all orders for inside the business have to be made at the two ordering kiosks up front. The ordering process was fast and intuitive. Fir those wishing to eat to go there is a drive through window.
After ordering we proceeded to find a table to sit at as we wanted to eat in. Once we were seated one of the servers brought us our drink orders. This was pretty quick and our food arrived shorty thereafter. As usual our steak burgers were delicious as were the shoestring fries. The best thing about this restaurant is that they are a cheap place to eat. The restaurant is bright and clean and the staff was quick, friendly and helpful. I definitely will be coming back in the future. We were in a bit of a hurry so we didn't get to order one of their delicious milkshakes. Thus is something else to look forward to on our next visit.
Typical Steak n Shake, aside from the ordering kiosks. Our Steak n Shake may have remained open if they had this feature. Crisp and clean restaurant. Not much interaction with staff, they are mainly in the kitchen. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of parking. Food was hot and delicious. I got the fresco melt, husband got the chicken tenders, daughter got the single cheeseburger, and our son got the double bacon cheeseburger. We all ordered milkshakes. Nice and thick served with whipped cream and a cherry.
I love eating at Steak & Shake and especially at this restaurant that is near my house, the guys who serve are very friendly and fast. The shakes are THE BEST, they are DELICIOUS and they had a very practical straw that was special to be able to absorb better but they eliminated them and now it is very difficult to drink the shake. PLEASE GET THESE STRAW BACK!!!
Simple ordering at a kiosk. You get a ticket number and wait for your order to be called until you go up to the counter to pick up your tray. The atmosphere was very quiet with only a few people in the restaurant. I'd visit again for a quick meal.
They must have a new manager at this location. This used to be dirty and poorly run, truly a place to avoid.
I stopped here purely out of necessity after arriving from the airport. What a pleasant surprise. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and my food was done so fast I barely had time to wash my hands after ordering. The staff was friendly and cheerful.
No idea what has changed but it's night and day improvement.

Very nice location! The cook didn't completely get my order, but it was still a good place to get a quick bite. Most of the time they get it correct! But still this is one of my favorite locations.
The drive through has improved 100 fold. I can't say anything about their dine-in service though. That was absolutely horrible. However, for drive thru, this is our go to for steak burgers. They are always good and at a good price. Checkers, Burger King, and Wendy's should take notice. You can do good burgers at a reasonable price!
Food was delicious 😋 Got me the Garlic double cheese burger 🍔 in combo and a shake snickers just delicious!!! 1st time there and loved everything! 😍 Do recommend 👌🏽

After some bad burger experiences in Orlando you made me extremely happy! I appreciate the good fast fresh food. Would have had competition if there was an IN N OUT or if the del taco in the area was original and fresh but it’s not it’s the worst Del Taco ever.
I love stake & shake food, but recently, they've done away with wait staff or shall I say table service. I really miss it.
I understand that they're streamlining their business model, but they're also taking away jobs. I feel that restaurants really still need a personal touch. It's very sad to see them do away with these vital jobs.
