What are you looking for: a smooth cool dark space where you can chill and good groove, no tripping, with relaxing slightly subversive vibes? Step right in. Thursday night goth with the esoteric ladies and friends with "what we do in shadows" emanating from a couple of the screens. Everybody doesn't need to know your name but it seems okay if it happens here. Love the art and hip casual mood.
pretty kitty, good selection and pricing of drinks, snacks were a+, loved the art and entertainment (eccentric vending machine, photo booth, ❤️ ads, music) - felt comfy and safe, non gendered bathrooms, complimentary sake shot!
We love coming here for the chill vibe and cheap drinks, but our puppy loves coming here for free pets and treats! This is her favorite bar to visit ❤️
This location is awesome. We spent about four hours here and the time absolutely flew by the bartender was excellent, and also gave us a card game to play while we were visiting very unique place to go very friendly, and everyone was happy
Love this place so much. Discovered it while randomly walking around Thornton Park on a first date and it became *our place*. The dark wave vibe definitely captured my attention as well as the fact that it is never crowded. I have been here several times since and the beer selection is always great (and she always has an on-point recommendation if you aren't sure what to drink), the music playing is always fantastic, and there's often a gallery show, so it's a great place to support local art.
Had a great time at The Falcon, a local and cozy space in Thornton Park's downtown Orlando. They had a deejay spinning some old school house this night and apparently have different themed parties throughout the week. There isn't a dress code, but we were celebrating the holidays and were hitting our favorite places to share the love.
Local bar, kinda tiny but good service and beer selections
Mystery Sketch Theatre here is spectacular! Facebook it! Held every first Thursday of the month! July featured JediPixie Christina!
The default first date bar. It's small, clean, and cute. The music here always vibes - I always find myself shazaming something on black metal Sundays. Wide enough beer selection and free sake or goldfish crackers with every drink. Drunk spelling bee is a hoot. A cornerstone of weirdness in Thornton Park.
Second time in, amazing staff, atmosphere and Lulu.
10/5. Will be back.
