All my friends ordered something different and everything looked so good! Pretty affordable and delicious. I had tried Chipotle before at another location and wasn't crazy about it but this time it was great. The place is kinda small and feels crowded at times but that was probably because it was lunch time and a lot of people were coming in. Workers were nice and I liked that they had spicy sauce options!

Food was good. Service was okay. Lots of people behind the counter, but the restaurant needed cleaning. Also was happy about the cashier handing me my cup by putting her fingers, which had been handling money, inside my cup. 🤮

I had a problem when I got my food but Courtney was the one who did a flawless job in correcting and solving my problem with my meal. I would recommend this location, 1000% just because of how helpful and efficient she was and you just can't beat service that treats you well. Thank You, Courtney. You're the best!

Shout out to Margarita Ramos she is the realest and best employee there. I see a lot of the reviews here are rich ⚪️ people who have never had a slight inconvenience before. Keep the schools open!
Anyways, they got my order completely right and it was delicious and they gave me so much meat. Definitely go to this location to get a full bowl cause other locations are stingy. I got nachos and queso and a chicken and carnitas rice bowl.

After living in Lake Nona for almost 7 years i definitely had a bad experience here, i gave them a bad review, it was dirty, very messy, an unprofessional staff…but i gave them another try, and im suprise how looks like new management took over ot they clean up the mess .
People are very welcoming, good portions and clean area to eat. im taking my time to recognize the change!! good job ppl

Typical Chipotle flavor and quality. Not much to knock, the place was packed during lunch time (as expected), I placed my online order to pick up at 12:40pm, showed up at 12:42pm and my order was ready to go. If you’re going to this location be warned, the parking/traffic is HORRIBLE… so bring extra patience with you.
