Starbucks

This Starbucks is a little tricky to get to so you have to follow the signs to find the drive through. It’s located in a small office strip. The drive through is behind the building on the right. Head towards the gate to the mini storage then make an immediate left and you will see the drive through on the left hand side. The time I went I was experimenting with a new cold brew, but I was not sure exactly what it was called as it was a recommendation from another locations barista. Marissa, who was working the window was patient with me as I fumbled through what I thought I wanted. She suggested I try a different cold brew than I ordered as it sounded like that’s what I wanted. When I got to the window to pay for it, she asked me to try the drink to see if that’s what I was hoping for. I explained that it wasn’t quite what I wanted, but that it was OK and I’d take it. She asked if it was ok to try again and took back the drink mixed it with something else and had me try it again. I took a sip and explained it wasn’t quite it but I was not going to ask her to make another drink. Conner who was the barista back there making the drinks overheard that I still was not satisfied and insisted in trying one more time to make the drink. This time they nailed it. I am so grateful for the time they took to make sure I left with what I wanted. You don’t always get that kind of service so it’s important to highlight it when it happens. This Starbucks knows what they’re doing and I will be driving the extra five minutes to come here.

Let me tell you something about this store…fast, clean, and just. amazing. Let me tell you something about Wes and the rest of the staff…Always matches my energy, is efficient, honest, and just an incredible team. My day is made. Please give all these people raises!!! Love this store, best starbucks in the area!

Today I went through the drive through and was greeted by the friendliest cashier. He literally MADE MY DAY. I was so overtaken by his personality that I forget to look for his name, but if you go there and he’s there- you’ll know. My little one even smiled and she scowls at strangers usually. What a gem! Also, they got my order right and it was scrumptious of course. Part 2. His name is WES!!! He’s the best

I made a huge mistake and placed my mobile order and the location near work instead of the one near home. Rachel was so kind and made my order for me at this location. She said not to worry and it happens all the time but I felt pretty dumb. Her kindness and smile really helped what was already a rough morning. This location has the kindest employees.
