Never heard of this place and it's a half hour drive for me but what a nice surprise to stumble upon today. Friendly greeting from staff, very modern decor. Everything was super clean and well merchandised. My boba tea was delicious! I got a medium pina colada with boba and jelly. Yum!!! I have a place closer to me but the customer service now is terrible. It's worth the long drive to get nice service and a awesome tea.

Pretty alright place. The atmosphere was wonderful. It was a bit dark but it was overall clean and well-decorated. The service was amazing, The cashier made the drinks pretty fast and there were no issues in communication. I ordered the Mango Milk Tea with Bubbles and it was wayyyyy too sweet for me. It was very hard to taste the mango. I always finish bubble tea, but it was hard to fonish this one.

I come in almost every day, and I’m greeted by the friendly staff! My order is very unique, and David has memorized it and practically has it ready for me as I’m Walking in! A very nice atmosphere and very tasty products! The staff make you feel welcomed and genuinely do their best at their work! I would highly recommend!

I came down to Florida from New Jersey to visit some family and came here after trying some other place to broaden my horizons. Very nice staff and were helpful with giving my aunt suggestions, as it was her first time trying Kung Fu Tea. It had a nice comfortable vibe and we enjoyed what we ordered so thanks so much!

I was so excited when I heard this location was open again. This KFT is close to UCF campus and the whole interior was remodeled along with new management and new employees. This location had lots of spots to take cute pictures as well as very nice indoor seating. Right now they are only serving drinks, but I can’t wait to try out the food when it starts being served again. The Thai milk tea was very tasty and the tapioca was nice and chewy. Give this place a try!

I love kung fu tea! There isn’t something that I’ve tried and haven’t liked. My favorite drink is the rosehip lemonade. It’s so so so good. The taro is solid too. The customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s the most helpful service and sometimes they just don’t have the patience. Arguably my fave spot in town!

The milk teas are decent but they taste really processed in some weird way. I wish these places used non fat milk powder over some kind of creamer. It makes the teas taste kind of strange. It’s still a pretty good place

Just had the best experience here! The barista made sure my tea was perfect and was amazing!!! I will be back! Parking was plentiful and vibe inside was great 👍

The bubbles had an interesting texture they were very soft and gooey. The couch was comfortable but I would love for them to hire me as an interior designer because they have so much vertical space that’s not being used and the floor is mostly empty. It is not super cozy. The tea was average but good because I love everything. THE BATHROOMS: very interesting! Their toilet had a “POO” decal on it, love it.

This is the first bubble tea place Ive been to. Good experience over all. The cashier was friendly and informative and the tea was delish! Worth the long drive for me since I live an hour away. Id definitely go back when in that area. The location seems like it could make accessing this place difficult at times as its a busy strip mall near UCF.
