I really like this place! The coffee has always been consistently good, and they have a large variety of food items for a coffee shop too. The food portions are very big, so I usually split a sandwich between 2 people. The service is also excellent, the owner is kind and definitely knows how to prepare great coffee and food at the same time which is super impressive. And I've never had to wait in line here, although the times I go are not during normal rush coffee hour lol.

I'm standing in the Cafe as I type. Lol I come here nearly everyday. Love their lattè. ☕ The breakfast quesadilla is EVERYTHING and the salmon bagel is to die for. The people that work the counter are normal enough. They don't smile much but they're kind. Never had bad treatment from any of them. And it is a VERY well run black owned establishment. 💪🏾 Now the bad... If you're in a rush to get somewhere by a certain time, do not... I repeat DO NOT stop here first, just come back after. I can guarantee you will be late. There is ALWAYS a wait. Even if you order ahead. Not a 5 or 10 minute wait either. Like, 'use up your entire lunch break' wait. Like right now, I've been patiently waiting for over 33 minutes for two ✌🏾 drinks and there were 7 people here before me so I'll be waiting for a while. I had somewhere to be by 9 but now I'll have to be late to that. I feel bad for the guy behind the counter honestly. He looks frazzled but he's doing his very best. The owner used to come in and help but now there's never more than one person working at a time. Besides the wait that can be frustrating at times, I highly recommend this place. The music is soothing & always reminds me of Mo' Betta' Blues. It's always very clean and the food and drinks are always perfect. Highly recommended. 😁🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Small cafe, with coffee that crushes you know who. He uses Danesi brand, from Italy; truly a treat. Owner operated - he is friendly and motivated. Also had a breakfast croissant, that was well made. While the food prices may be a little on the high side, the serving portions are not skimpy. Will def be go back.
