12/28/21 They had 6 lanes but the wait time was still about half an hour. We ordered the burger. Just your standard burger. They did have other options like ramen and pizza. The staff was nice. Place was spacious, you can surely find a seat. Trash cans needed to be emptied though; they were overfill
They keep trying to push mobile ordering. Some people just want to go up and order the old fashion way and speak to a person. The food was good
Nice place to eat and food was good; ordered bacon cheeseburger and fries. Figuring out how to order after scanning the QR code was difficult.
We go to Universal once a week and the comic strip cafe is one our favorite stops. The Ramen is always great and Mrs. Kim Kim is an amazing employee!
