Longtime Subway customer. Recently went to No. Hiawassee store twice in a week. Shay West took care of me both times and what a breath of fresh air she is!! Friendly, attention to detail, and just great. Nice to see in a world where so many hospitality staff seem grumpy and uncaring about their jobs. Thanks, Shea. You keep on, girl!!

I never expect friendly service when I eat fast foods because everyone seems to be upset with the world that they're working there, but the Hiawassee Subway is different. Every time I go there, the staff is incredibly friendly and the (in assuming) manager on duty always treats me good. It's quite refreshing. I wish I caught her name, but she's awesome. Thank you!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this right here was necessary. I went in to this Subway expecting a regular sub- nothing major.. I got a meatball sub I don’t know if they added extra seasoning or what but babyyyy it was good . On another note, whatever toaster this location has needs to be distributed to all subway locations my sub was still piping hot even after 20 minutes. Keep it up ❤️ Y’all made my day
