The Mad Crab

Great fresh seafood coming from tx coast, I wanted real fresh seafood not a chain restaurant. I was not disappointed fried shrimp, corn nuggets, and fries were amazing. Definitely returning for more. By the way they sold out of fish this Saturday so get there before 2pm. Saw alot of sad customers because fish sold out. You have a customer for life from me.

My wife likes the food, but we haven’t gotten more than just the snow crab and shrimp (egg and potatoes). The woman who’s runs it has a great homey (almost “family”) type of disposition. She’s super nice and helpful. The guy upfront is always super nice also. The biggest issue is not having a working register. You have to pay by cash app, Zelle, Apple Pay (to a cell number) etc. it’s always a little inconvenient and is a little disjointed when trying to actually PAY for the food (to me; I personally prefer using my card). I do wish they sold fried fish, but hey. 🤷🏾‍♂️ also, the deserts are pretty overpriced. But, good food overall and I don’t mind spending my money with them.

THE MAD CRAB IS THE BEST SEAFOOD PLACE IN SUCH A SMALL TOWN WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXCEPTIONAL FOOD AND ITS COOKED VERY FRESH... NEVER HAVE I EVER ATE ANYTHING FROM THEM THAT I DIDN'T LIKE. YOU WANT FOOD THATS COOKED FRESH TO ORDER. GO ON DOWN TO THE MAD CRAB SEAFOOD & WINGS.... I PROMISE YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

Watching your business grow over the years has been an honor and privilege! The food NEVER disappoints! The service is impeccable! But the relationship that you build with each and every customer is what stands out the most. We drive 45 minutes to come see YOU! We KNOW that you put your heart in EVERY menu item and we love you for that. Every bit of food is seasoned, served hot and fresh! That liquid gold is sent down directly from heaven, 😆! The only thing I can say about this place is that it was AMAZING!! A friend recommended The Mad Crab and I am glad that I stopped in. The owner is super sweet and courteous. Mr. Larry was oh so nice and hilarious. The hospitality was fantastic. If you are looking for great food at a great price look no farther. No seriously, I'm a seafood head and 10 stars. You can eat there or take your food to go. High five to the MAD CRAB. See you real soon. My new spot for seafood.

Definitely a small place but the food is good and plentiful. Had the 10- piece dried shrimp and the shrimp and crawfish boil, and the 5- piece Mango-habanero wings. Very flavorful and filling. My exception to this is that i would have like to have more "juice" in the boil, but since it was "to-go", i don't hold it against them because most of that juice would have ended up in the bag. Next time we'll order for dine-in so I can better savor the flavors in the boil.
