Stopped by here with my wife to grab some gyros for lunch, and it was a great visit. The employees were friendly, and the gyros tasted good. The location was clean and decorated nicely for the holidays. The Christmas music was a plus, too.
They are so nice here. The cashier was apologizing for the wait and it had only been a minutes, and the good was hot and fantastic. Great location.
I’ve never had a bad experience here, but tonight was the best. Julius was by far the most pleasant customer interaction I’ve ever had. So patient, so polite!
Wow the management here really has things under control. The staff is nice, the place is clean, the food came out hot and fresh. They got a part of my order wrong but they fixed it quickly and without making me feel bad about it. Things like that make me loyal.
I hadn’t had Arby’s in over 15 years. So pleasantly surprised. The King's Hawaiian Sweet Heat chicken sandwich was wonderful. I love the sauce and all the toppings. I did not like the curly fries, over cooked and greasy. The service was slow but the employees were very nice and gave us an order of fries for the wait. Very thoughtful. We will definitely be back.
Food was hot and fresh. Loved the Greek Gyro. Staffing appeared low, given the size of the restaurant, and how busy they were. Will definitely go back!
Love Arby's Roast beef and Cheddar. Fries / Cheddar cheese, Iced Sweet tea.... Delicious! When you're hungry and want good food this is the place to go. And the prices are reasonable. Nice staff, and clean store.

The night manager was very pleasant and helpful. She got my food out right, in no time, and at a very decent price. My kids had a good night. Thank you. But Kevin has to gain some work ethic. He's eating fries and talking to coworkers while in plain view of the customers, walking past them with no acknowledgment at all. Not even a "welcome to Arby's, someone will be with you shortly." Nothin'.
This East Colonial Dr. Arby's is one of the best we've been to around!! Great and friendly service and the food was fresh and plentiful! The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well kept up!! All well worth driving the extra mile(s) if craving the sandwiches and yummy gyros!!!! Yes...GYROS!! Great job Ms. Manager! P.s. the fruit lemonade are great 👍 👌 😋
